You cannot pay in installments or afterwards via Klarna, In3 or a similar method. We have stopped using this method of payment because we are fundamentally against the extremely high interest rates that consumers have to pay in the event of late payment.

The external condition of the bicycle is indicated by the number of stars:

★★★★ Very neat condition

★★★ Fair condition

★★ Less aesthetic condition

The bicycles may have signs of wear and are sometimes resprayed with paint due to the refurbishing process. All bicycles are always 100% technically in order.

We buy the bicycles from municipalities and wholesalers of second-hand bicycles. The bicycles are refurbished by experienced bicycle repairers and extensively tested before they go on sale.

We provide a 100% roadworthy guarantee upon delivery of your bicycle. This means that the bicycle has been technically checked. As a result, the bicycle will no longer require maintenance for the time being! You can use your bicycle immediately.

Our website is always up to date! All bicycles you see on the site are therefore available and can be ordered. We will deliver your bicycle within 2 working days.

We do not have a physical store where you can visit to choose a bicycle. After ordering your bicycle, you can pick up your bicycle at our location if desired. See also “Can I also pick up the bicycle?”

We are mainly focused on sales via the webshop. If you would like to collect the bicycle in person, this is only possible by appointment and if the bicycle has been ordered in advance. You can indicate in the order notes that you want to collect the bicycle. We will then contact you for a collection date.

Customer satisfaction is our top priority. We would love to hear from you if you have any tips to improve our company. If you want to return the bicycle, we charge €45 for the transport costs incurred. See “Returns & Warranty”.

To prevent you from purchasing a bicycle that ultimately does not meet your expectations, we kindly ask you to contact us via WhatsApp/call/email if you have any doubts. We are committed to advising you which bicycle is suitable for you (such as based on frame size, etc.)!

We are happy to help you if you would rather exchange the bicycle you received for another one from us. Email your wish to exchange within 14 days of purchase to info@stationbikes.nl with your name, address and order number. You can simply order your new bicycle. When your new bicycle is delivered, we will immediately take back the previously received bicycle. The transport costs incurred amount to €25 .

We're sorry, but we cannot exchange your current bike for another one. However, you can return the bicycle to us. If you do so, we will donate €10 on your behalf to the charity Stichting Natuur & Milieu.
