When will my bicycle be delivered?
Expect to receive your bike within 2 business days. One day before delivery you will receive a message via WhatsApp around 5:00 PM - 6:00 PM with all the details.

What time will my bicycle be delivered?
The exact delivery time will be announced on the day of delivery.

Do you live in the Rotterdam region?
We deliver personally to customers in the Rotterdam region. Call us on +316 838 040 90 (via WhatsApp only) to discuss delivery time.

Outside the Rotterdam region?
For customers outside the Rotterdam region, call transport company Besseling on 088 885 5876 after 9:00 am on the delivery day to find out the delivery time.

Do I have to be at home for delivery?
If you have ordered a lock and are not at home upon delivery, the bicycle will be safely locked. The key will be left in your mailbox.

Can I choose a time slot for delivery?
Unfortunately it is not possible to choose a specific time period. The delivery route is optimized for efficiency.

Outside the Rotterdam region?
For deliveries outside the Rotterdam region, call transport company Besseling on 088 885 5876 after 9:00 am on the delivery day for the delivery time.

Can I pick up my bicycle at a collection point?
Yes, you can pick up your bicycle at our warehouse in Rotterdam.

My bike is missing an accessory
If your bicycle is delivered without the ordered accessories, we apologize for the inconvenience. Please contact our customer service so we can resolve this as quickly as possible.
