Frequently asked questions about children's bikes

The right size for a children's bike is determined by the wheel size in inches. In our handy size chart above, you will find guidelines based on age and height: 16 inch (4-6 years / 105-115 cm), 20 inch (6-8 years / 115-125 cm), 24 inch (8-10 years / 125-140 cm) and 26 inch (10-14 years / 140-155 cm). Tip: never buy a bike to grow into; your child must always be able to safely touch the ground with both feet.

All our children's bikes are delivered 100% ready to ride. This means no hassle with manuals, tools, or loose pedals. Our mechanics will adjust the saddle and handlebars to your child's height before dispatch, so they can hop on and ride safely right away.

Safety is our absolute priority, especially for children. Every child's bicycle undergoes our strict 25-point inspection. Brakes (coaster and hand brakes), tires with sufficient tread, a fully enclosed chain guard, safe handlebar grips, and functioning reflectors/lights are thoroughly tested and replaced where necessary.

No problem at all. You get a standard 14-day cooling-off period. Returns or exchanges are possible within two weeks. View our returns page for the terms and conditions. In addition, you have a 30-day warranty on all moving parts.

Orders placed on business days before 12:00 PM are delivered to your home for free the very next business day throughout the Netherlands and Belgium. Our own courier will personally deliver the bike to your door, ready to ride.
