Customer satisfaction is our top priority. We do everything we can to make our bicycles 100% technically in order and to match the bicycle and the customer. This applies to every bicycle 1 month warranty on the moving parts.

Technical problem

Does something happen within the warranty period? Please contact us. We will work with you to find the most suitable solution.

1. Report the defect via email or WhatsApp within 1 month of purchase.

2. The repair amount is less than €50? Then you can have this done at your local bicycle repair shop and we will reimburse the costs. Is the repair more expensive? €50? Above this amount, we will repair the defect ourselves free of charge in accordance with the guidelines of the Consumers' Association and you will then receive your bicycle again!

If you do not want to take advantage of a free repair during the warranty period, you can sometimes invoke your right of withdrawal. Check the conditions and costs below.

We would love to hear from you if you have any tips to improve our company.

Do you want to return your bicycle? Then follow the following steps:

1. Report your bicycle return via email or Whatsapp within 14 days after purchase. Indicate your name, address and preference for collection day (at least 2 days in advance). (Note: the pick-up time is only known on the day itself. A time interval cannot be selected.)

2. We will contact you to make an appointment to have the bicycle collected from you. We charge for this €45 transport costs (€65 for Belgium)(for cargo bikes: €149) . Would you like to exchange your bicycle for another bicycle from us? Then the amounts exchange costs €25
(€40 for Belgium) instead of the above transport costs. Exchanges are only possible within 14 days of purchase.

3. As soon as we have received your bicycle in good order, the purchase amount minus transport costs will be refunded to your account within 4-7 working days with a confirmation by email.

To prevent you from purchasing a bicycle that ultimately does not meet your expectations, we kindly ask you to contact us via WhatsApp/call/email if you have any doubts. We are here to advise you which bike suits your needs.

Can I return my bicycle myself?

Yes, this is possible. If you return your bicycle to our showroom yourself, you will receive a 50% discount on return costs!
