My payment failed or declined

At Cheapassbikes we offer the following payment methods:

Can I pay in parts or afterwards?
Unfortunately, we do not offer the option for payment afterwards or in installments. We have discontinued these payment options due to our stance against the extremely high interest rates charged to consumers for late payments.
How do I apply a (discount) voucher?
If you have a (discount) voucher, simply enter it in the appropriate box on the checkout page. Note any empty spaces and capital letters. Please note that the settled amount is only visible after you click 'apply discount'. If the (discount) voucher does not work, but it should, please contact our customer service.
Can I pay cash?
No, we only process online payments. Cash payment on delivery is not possible.
Can I get a PDF invoice?
We do not provide a PDF invoice as standard. However, if this is necessary for a business transaction, please contact our customer service. Indicate which items you want to order; We will then send you the PDF invoice and ship the products as soon as they have been paid.
