Customer satisfaction is our top priority. We do everything we can to make our bicycles 100% technically in order and to match the bicycle and the customer.
To file a complaint
Are you unfortunately not satisfied with our working method or with your purchase? Then you can submit a complaint to us as follows within 1 month after purchase:
1. Send us an e-mail with your order number, complaint and any photos that support your complaint. We aim to contact you within 48 hours by telephone or email.
2. After consultation with us, your bicycle must be checked/repaired by a bicycle repair shop in your area. We will of course reimburse the repair costs in the event of a technical problem that we can prevent.
3. If the defect cannot be repaired and could have been prevented by us, the bicycle will be returned free of charge.
