I have not received an order confirmation.
That's remarkable! There may have been a typo in your email address or something went wrong while processing the order. Please contact our customer service team with your order number and we will investigate this for you.
Can I trade in my current bicycle?
We're sorry, but we cannot exchange your current bike for another one. However, you can return the bicycle to us. If you do so, we will donate €10 on your behalf to the charity Stichting Natuur & Milieu.
