Every bicycle is delivered 100% ready to ride by our own delivery staff. The saddle and handlebars are pre-adjusted to your body height. No assembly or tools are required: you can cycle away immediately!

What if the frame size doesn't fit after all?

Returns or exchanges are possible within two weeks. Please check our returns page for the terms and conditions.

What exactly does the 30-day warranty entail?

Our 30-day warranty covers all moving and mechanical parts (such as brakes, bottom bracket, bearings, gears, and chain). Should anything unexpectedly go wrong within 30 days, we will resolve it for you immediately.

Can I take a test drive in the showroom?

Certainly! Our showroom and workshop at Noorderhagen 229 in Rotterdam are open 7 days a week. You can drop by without an appointment for a test ride and expert advice.

How soon will the bicycle be delivered to my home for free?

If you order on business days before 12:00 PM, we will deliver the bicycle to your home free of charge the very next business day throughout the Netherlands and Belgium.
