How is my bike delivered?
Every bike is delivered to your home 100% ready to ride, free of charge, in the Netherlands and Belgium. The saddle and handlebars are pre-adjusted to your body height.
What does the 30-day warranty cover?
All moving and mechanical parts (such as brakes, bottom bracket, gears, and chain) are covered by our full warranty.
What if the frame size doesn't fit after all?
Returns or exchanges are possible within two weeks. View our returns page for the terms and conditions.
Can I come by for a test ride?
Our showroom and workshop at Noorderhagen 229 in Rotterdam are open 7 days a week, no appointment necessary.
